Notice to all NDFA members regarding Executive Board Elections 2018/2019


Where: Sungod Arena - Poolside meeting room

Date: December 17th, 2018

Time: 7:00pm


Positions Open for Election:

Registrar (2 year term)

Secretary (2 year term)

Board Directors (1 year term)


Members wishing to apply for a Board Director position choose an appointed position for their term. This list includes, but is not limited to, the following positions:

  • Concession Manager
  • Equipment Manager
  • Spring Flag Manager
  • Manager Coordinator
  • Coach Coordinator
  • Field Coordinator
  • Swag Coordinator
  • Event Coordinator


All board members are expected to attend a monthly board meeting for the duration of their term and are expected to participate in planning/executing various NDFA events throughout the year. Board meetings are generally held the 3rd Monday of every month.

Anyone wishing to put their name forward for election must provide a brief write up on the position they would like and what skills/assets they will bring to our association. The write up must be sent at least 1 week prior to election night (December 10th, 2018) to secretaryndfa@gmail.com



Members are allowed to vote for the Executive Board Member of their choosing on each of the above listed positions under the following conditions:

  • Must be a member in good standing with no outstanding fees
  • Only 1 vote per member family
  • No proxy votes, only members in attendance may vote.
  • Must sign in to election meeting with name, contact information and signature
